Tonawanda, NY – [June 13, 2025] – National Specialty Lighting (NSL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jason Fisher as Regional Manager for the Mid and South Eastern United States, effective immediately.
With over two decades of experience in the lighting and home improvement industries, Jason brings a proven track record of sales leadership, exceptional client service, and effective team management. His entrepreneurial spirit and deep understanding of the lighting market make him an ideal addition to the NSL team as we continue to expand our presence across the United States.
Extensive Industry Experience
Jason’s background spans key roles at leading lighting retailers and manufacturers, including Del Mar Fans & Lighting and Besco Lighting Center, where he developed and executed successful sales strategies, built strong client relationships, and led high-performing teams. Most recently, as Sales Manager at Del Mar Fans & Lighting, Jason was instrumental in increasing market share and driving revenue growth through innovative sales initiatives and strategic partnerships.
Before that, he served as Showroom Manager at Besco Lighting Center, overseeing daily operations and staff training, while providing exceptional customer service. Jason’s early career at Lowe’s Home Improvement further honed his merchandising, team leadership, and customer-focused approach.

In his new role, Jason will be responsible for strengthening NSL’s distributor and client relationships throughout the Mid and South Eastern USA, identifying new growth opportunities, and supporting our partners with innovative lighting solutions. His hands-on approach, combined with a strong commitment to service excellence, aligns perfectly with NSL’s values of quality, innovation, and collaboration.
